Terms and Conditions

• Participant Eligibility: Gallia County residents ages 1 day to 5 years old, as of August 02, 2019 are eligible to participate. Judging: All judges are from outside Gallia County. Each age group will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners for both boys & girls. (6 winners total per age group). All participants will receive a ribbon. Winners will be selected based on appearance and in the judge’s opinion, the cutest child. All participants must either be wearing a diaper or swimsuit/trunks. Children who arrive wearing clothing other than what is specified herein OR children who arrive wearing make-up or jewelry (only stud earrings) will not be permitted to participate. THE JUDGES’ DECISION IS FINAL.

• Registration Information: Early registration deadline is Thursday, August 1, 2019. Preregistration is $5.00 per child, plus a one-time $1.50 service fee. If you choose to mail your payment, check must be received no later than July 19th. If check arrives after July 19th, it will be returned to you & you will have to register on August 2nd, day of the event, for $10.00. Cost by deadline: $5.00 per child Day of Registration: $10.00 1st child, $5.00 each additional child. AGAIN, THERE IS $1.50 CHARGE FOR PAYING WITH PAYPAL. IF YOU MAIL PAYMENT, CHECK MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN JULY 19TH.

• Final registration and Check-In will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 2, 2019. Parents who pre-register their child/children will alos check-in at this time. Contest begins promptly at 10:00 a.m. AGE GROUPS: 0-3 months 4-6 months 7-9 months 10-12 months 13-15 months 16-19months 20-23 months 2 years old 3 years old 4 years old 5 years old

• Each age group will be judged separately and boys and girls will be judged separately. Therefore, we will conclude with 3 boys – 1st, 2nd and 3rd places AND 3 girls – 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each age group. PLEASE NOTE: No decorative hats, headbands, hairpieces, jewelry (other than stud earrings), or any other types of embellishments or accessories will be permitted. Please dress your child as set forth in the rules listed above, otherwise, they will not be permitted to participate.
